Thanks to Rod who was kind enough to let me borrow this book!
It contains not only listings of music made in Basic using BEEP, but also the SOUND command, which was hardly explored on the TS2068.
But the thing that impacted me the most was when I found who the author was. I was trying to find this gentleman to ask permission to scan his book, only to find out that his name was known worldwide:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oleg_D._Jefimenko
I knew I had heard his name before, and it was on the show "Mythbusters". The late Dr Oleg Jefimenko was made famous for his ideas on electromagnetism, electromagnetic engines and also certain equations. I was stunned to learn that this gentleman found the time, at a certain point in his life, to appreciate the TS2068 and even publish a book with software for it!
I will proceed with the scanning of this small book and in a few months you will all have a chance to download it. It's just a book with 30 listings in Basic, but I still think it's worth it. I decided I shouldn't try to contact Mr. Jefimenko's family at this time. Maybe in a few months, but not now.

Well, I said I wasn't going to ask for permission but then I found the gentleman who could say 'yes' or 'no'. This was his reply:
"Hi Bruno --
Yes, Professor Jefimenko would be very happy to see his work continue to be available.
As executor for the Estate of Oleg Jefimenko, let this email serve as the official, legal agreement
to transfer permission to copy and distribute that 1985 book, either in print or in electronic form.
I will look around for a copy of it - but don't remember seeing it.
I have a copy of his later work titled
"Musician Royal", by Oleg Jefimenko, 1986 for the IBM PC.
Do you also want permission for this book as well?
Once you have scanned it - could we add this as a free "ebook" download from his website,
www.ElectretScientific.com ?
Best regards -- Dave Walker
executor for the Estate of Oleg Jefimenko"
I then replied thanking him and letting him know that I have the book and I'll be more than happy to send one PDF to him once it's completely scanned. So there you go. :) I'm always impressed and extremely happy, maybe even a little emotional when someone gives me permission to preserve their work.
I will continue this task and will let everyone know once the scanned book is ready.
Now, does anyone know who to contact regarding old IBM PC software preservation?
