My favorite website for emulators and info is:

and the drill down to 2068 is:

On the grey right hand sidebar are miscellaneous things such as:
Hardware specs , documentation , more pictures , and usually
include emulators for VARIOUS platforms if you see these (displayed)
icons. [there SHOULD be icon thumbnail pics above here, if not roll
your mouse over the sidebar on the page]
I just got these icons from there - didn't see ANY emulators listed
for the 2068, if you have emulators that are PD, Shareware, YOURS (and
offering license requirements to use)
PLEASE populate this website with them and any info you don't see -
follow the instructions to upload.
ALSO check in the Sinclair and other Timex directories.
