Since I still don't have my Spectrum emulation cartridge I can't play most Spectrum games. I can, however, play most (all?) games that are written in Spectrum BASIC. Can anyone suggest a few good ones? I know that BASIC (on most platforms) doesn't excel at fast-paced games, but programmers sometimes DID write good games that were not so action-oriented in the language.
Was there a type-in program or tape game that you have always remembered fondly over the years and would recommend to me?

I wish I knew the answer to this question. I searched for TS2068
software for a long time and found one, maybe two titles released
exclusively for the TS2068. I have some TS2068 books here, but I don't
remember if they have games, and if they do, I wouldn't know if
they're any good. :/
