Is somebody doing something with TS2068? Software? Hardware?
Anybody interested in EPROM-cartridges or any other hardware?

Hello,

And welcome tour community!
As a matter of fact this forum has been pretty active lately, and I would be personally be interested in a Speccy cartridge if you had one...

Great :)

Unfortunately I still can't get access to archived messages of this group
even after I created Yahoo account with my Gmail e-mail address (so I
terminated Yahoo account as useless after that)

Anyway - I tried this board (link below) to boot TS2068 from other ROM and
it's working pretty well (through OUT 244,3 command):

https://oshpark.com/shared_projects/6ihON5Uq

(I built simplified version of it - without logic chips - just ROM itself
and couple diodes and resistor to do OR)

I have these boards already made up, ready to ship. If someone wants one outside of eBay, I can sell single boards for $20.00 shipped.

Jeff Burrell · Sat, 11 Jun 2016 21:34

Hi, Alexander! I have been working on an FPGA implementation of a 2068 but also like to mess with my hardware version. Unfortunately, the video output is pretty ratty so I will need to do some troubleshooting on it.
As another general question: is there any interest in a divIDE style interface for the 2068? I think that an interface using CF cards would be best because Windows refuses to partition SD cards and that leads to excessive cluster sizes for 1GB and larger SD cards if FAT16 is used. FAT32 would eliminate this problem, but any amount of 32 bit arithmetic on a Z80 is just painful, though doable.

Ok, I see

Actually I plan to produce Spectrum-cartridge with on-board
Kempston-joystick interface, but with NES gamepad instead of old-school
"stick" (because it's much cheaper now) - anybody interested? ;)
