1. Interface 1

Hello again,
I know that a Timex version of the Interface 1 never materialized, however
I was wondering if anyone has connected a Spectrum IF1 with a twister
board onto the T/S 2068. I know that the ROM would probably be
incompatible but what about the hardware?

Cheers,

Phoebus

I have been able to fully use the following with a
TS2068/twister/IF1:
Sinclair Microdrives (ROM is fine)

Using TS2068/twister:
Timex FDD & FDD 3000
Rotronics Wafadrive

Regards, Jack

3. Announcing: 'TIMEXsinclair Showcase' Move

Jack Boatwright · Sun, 11 Dec 2005 12:43

The TIMEXsinclair Showcase has temporarily (for about 2 years)
moved to http://www.worldofspectrum.org/timex thanks to the help
and kindness of Martijn van der Heide. No updates are currently
planned for the foreseeable future (unless someone would like to
take on the task).

If someone would be kind enough to announce the move on c.s.s. I
would greatly appreciate it.

Best Regards,

Jack

Aaaahhh now that's nice. I have 300+ carts here and a nice clean IF1...
That is great news :-P

I wonder if anyone has built a clone (or original) FD I/F for the T/S. It
is difficult to find a system at a decent price (plus nothing beats a DIY
project)

Just found this old email and thought I would re-list it in case
someone has been looking for the old site. There are no current
plans to move or update the site.
