I am now. Thanks for sharing.

Wow, that's a serious collection that is suitable for a techno museum,
and in fact belongs there! Did you notice the original printer paper
package in it's original shrink wrapping? Incredible! And to think,
this guy is only a couple of hours from my place... Hmmm... I have to
stop that line of think immediately. Too many hobbies... Too little
time... Must resist... Oh, nevermind, starting bid $1500 - no problem
resisting!

Senen.

There's also some interesting cartridges!
I wonder if all that Timex software has been preserved already...

Oh that is *SO* tempting! Unfortunately, right now I'm "between
positions". If only the auction had happened in about a month, I
might have been able to make a bid.

However, I have forwarded the details to a good friend of mine who (I
am hoping) might be in a position to take action. Those items have
got to go to a good home!

I understand the rarity of some of the items, but I don't see it being worth
the price being asked. I'm not even sure anywhere near half that starting
price is worth it.

Whew! I thought it was only me. I believe it is over-valued as well.

Yeah, but not nearly worth its sentimental value, right? Obviously the
seller isn't looking for a market price, but what he feels it's worth to
him to part with it :)

And honestly, I don't blame him. I just won't bid.

You add in shipping and it's $2550.00 with buy it now. The $1500 starting
price (not counting $350 in shipping) is not even what he's willing to take
(it doesn't meet the reserve). So $1850 wouldn't even cut it. Personally,
I'd pay max $500 inclusive, and that's very much pushing it since I have a
lot of that stuff already.

It's a shame he can't part it out, as I bet he'd get closer to his goals
that way (particularly with the rarer QL stuff and the 2068 cartridges) and
it would be much easier to ship that way. Anyway, good luck to him
regardless. Goodness knows there are even more outrageous prices there on
some eBay stuff.
