1. Moving All TS 2068 Past Messages to Groups.io

I'm cross-posting this message to the groups that I'm a member of already with the hope that this Yahoo Group doesn't loose all of it's past messages come December when Yahoo will delete them all.
I used Groups.io's transfer process to move all of the past messages from the BallyAlley Yahoo group to the newly setup Groups.io BallyAlley group. This included moving over 16,000 messages posted since 2001 and hundreds of files and photos. Members also were automatically contacted and told about the new group. The only thing that doesn't transfer are past attachments.
The transfer process was painless, although it wasn't fast. It took about ten days from the start of the process until it was actually started and completed.
The cost for the transfer was $220. I paid it myself. Someone on our group suggested that I ask for donations to help defray the cost. I hesitated about this, but I did ask for donations; the Astrocade community came through for us-- people donated more than enough to pay for the transfer.
Both of these link were very helpful to me to get the transfer accomplished:
Easy Yahoo Group Transfer to Groups.io:

I hope that the moderator(s) of this group are able to transfer all the past messages. It would would be more than s shame to see everything disappear.
If you ask for donations for the transfer, then I'll be the first in line. Where do I send my money?
