"the TK90X trace (p:reset)", the trace COMMAND OR MODE is to "trace" error
debugin for basic programs andUDG (X:£) Out 244,3 is a "U"ser "D"efine
"G"raphics COMMAND OR MODE THE Mterm II v.1.1 sounds like a terminal program
and the AROS i don't know what is it, i have a TK90X MANUAL, i will take a
look to see if there exits any reference to AROS, OS IS NOT OPERATIVE
SISTEM? AND AR MAY BE ARGENTINA? DON'T KNOW, I SAW A TK90X IN ARGENITINA,
MAY BE IS THE ARGENTINIAN ROM, I SAW ONES WHEN I WAS A KID, TRY SOME COMMAND
WITH ERRORS, IF THE OUT MESSAGE IS SPANISH I'm wright, but may be is
difficult to a english man to recognize the diff Between "SPANISH AND
PORTUGUESE" this look almost the same if you don't speak one lol ,a natural
thing, is the same for as to see the diference Between chinese and japanese
lol
please paste here the i/o command result using the aros.
kind kind regards.

Hi. Thanks for all the info you've provided. But I need to find my
custom eprom cartridge in order to try the eproms. I was surprised
when I found these eproms among a lot of game cassetes that I bought
on eBay. :) Once I find the cartridge I'll test the eproms. Thanks again.

zxbruno · Sat, 08 Sep 2007 05:03
Ok. I've tested all the eproms and they all work except for the
Spectrum emulator. These are the exact contents on each eprom:
1-Tasword II
2-Tasword II
3-TK90X (brasilian clone) emulator
4-Mterm II v1.1 (very interesting terminal program for TS2068 modems)
Good thing I have a dedicated Spectrum emulator cartridge! All these
eproms are now on their way to Spain, where they'll be studied and
their contents preserved as .dck files, to be posted on Jose
Leandro's hardware section in Speccy.org. I don't know how to backup
my cartridges and eproms, but they he does. :) Once the backups are
done, the .dck files will be available to all of you. I will also
scan the pcbs of two custom cartridges and upload them to the group
and w.o.s.
5-Another word processor for the TS2068. I forgot the name now. The
eprom says 'Rwp32' something...
6th-Spectrum emu1.2 (doesn't work. Screen fills with garbage).
While testing the eproms, I've discovered something depressing. My
TS2068 is rebooting randomly without apparent motive (even when the
cartridges are not in use). :( I suspect something's wrong with the
ram. I'm going to look for the ram tester program and if I can't fix
it I'll have to sell this one for parts and start looking for another
one on eBay. Oh well...
The next step in my preservation efforts will be to try to find my
old 3" FDD3000 disks this December. I will be visiting my parents in
Portugal and I'll start checking all those old boxes! :D
Cheers.

Hi again. I dediced to send all the custom cartridges and eproms to
José Leandro in Spain, and their contents will be backed-up as .dck
files. Is there anyone here interested in receiving these files? I'm
also planning on uploading scans of a custom cartridge for the TS2068
(if anyone's interested), with a description on how to build it. Regards.

Will do.
p.s.: When I wrote 'dediced', I meant 'decided'. I'm feeling tired
today. :)
I plan to contribute as much as I can to the group, but by the number
of replies to topics it seems there isn't much activity. I just hope
people are not losing interest. The TS1000/ZX81 folks are still very
active, and the Sinclair scene in Europe is very much alive. I just
hope the TS2068 members keep these machines alive, and encourage the
few that are still worried with preservation and new hardware
development. Until I'm told I'm participating too much, I will keep
sharing news, ideas and files.
