1. New PDF of the Technical Manual

I have uploaded a reworked PDF of the Technical Manual. The main reason for this is that I wanted a Microsoft Word document that I could modify to document my FPGA version of the TS2068. I cut and pasted from the original TM, so there is nothing new here except I added the assembler source for the Home ROM and EXROM code to the document.
I found during the cut-and-paste that the PDF has some weirdness and fragments of sentences would be randomly moved around. I think I caught most of it because I read a good portion of the text after it was pasted, but I expect there will be some residual errors. I will continue working on this as I document my project.
