Well zxbruno, - if you want to fund it, I'd be glad to design/build it - 
I haven't done any hardware hacking on my 2068 in a while (since designing my own internal 2.5" HDD interface into the cartridge door, and MIDI interface) HOWEVER;

I think it would be possible (IF you did the RS232 port hack to your westridge/2050 modem as I did). But due to the 64k RAM in a 2068 I think you will only be able to develop a "LYNX" type browser (text based) environement for it... not a GUI browser. Reading the online docs for the serial2Ethernet - the board seems to have the required firmware installed already - TCP/IP stack, FTP, Telnet, SSL3 etc  which will save a LOT of time NOT reinventing the wheel....
