Welcome to the list, George.
Quite honestly, those items are so unique that setting a price for
them will be difficult. I'll assume that they don't work, or finding
the media will be so difficult to be impractical.
Any 5 1/4 drive system for a TS2068 these days can pick up between
$100-$200 since they're rare as hens teeth.
Any way we could get pictures of these gems? All I have seen of them
is fuzzy scans of them.
Regards,
Louis

Jack replied to my question but it didn't come out here. I replied
back and it too doesn't come out here. So, I thought I'd put my
reply to Jack here in case anyone was interested:
Hi Jack,
I like the info on your site.
Would you like a picture of the drive? It's an actual Timex
Sinclair dual drive system that was never released to the public.
It consists of two 3 1/2" drives, one controller, and 1 power
supply. It says "Timex Sinclair" right on it. I'm hoping to find a
multi millionaire collector who wants to give me a million bucks for
it. I have to split the million bucks with my friend.
Years ago when he turned over all his cool stuff to me he said "You
are now the official holder of the Timex Sinclair Empire". A couple
years later he asked for some back for his son, but not the best
stuff. He eventually sold what I gave back to him on E-bay for
$800.00. Anyway, a few months ago I told him that if I sold any of
the stuff he gave me I would split it with him.
gotta go
George

Well, I feel a little foolish. It's not the disk drives that
say "Timex Sinclair" it's the Modem. The disk drives just
say "Timex" and on the bottom say "TMX Portugal" and made for the
Spectrum. So, maybe the modem is worth more. The modem wasn't
released under the Timex Sinclair name but mine says "Timex
Sinclair" on it. I hope I got it right this time. The photos came
out lousy so I'm going to retake them with better lighting and a
tripod so I don't wobble.

Some modems got the Timex Sinclair label. Most got Westridge label.
Are those drives the Timex FDD/FDD3000?

Jack enlightened me to another of my errors. The drives I have are
3" not 3 1/2".
