Hi and if anyone is looking for datasheets of the famous and classic
Radio Shack's speech synth chipsets that I remembers and played with
them with TS2068 though parallel port card so I want to warns you that
CTS256-AL2 chip is very hard to find but you may sub with another chip
as suggested in the datasheet or you have to write BASIC / machine code
with database of hundred of correctly spoken words to be translated into
code for SP0256-AL2 to recongize and speak correctly :) There is an
auction floating on eBay for SP0256-AL2 chips for 23 bucks also you can
pop those chips out of old speech modules used by various game systems
and toys :) I'm attached is two files for you to see, one is PDF format
and other is GIF format :)
