Thanks! That did the trick!
My 2068's colors are not perfect... but I think that they are as close as I can get them by eye. What I did was I setup my laptop right next to the TV and I adjusted the 2068's POTs so that the TV matched the laptop colors. At first it was frustrating because I'd adjust one color and get it right, but then the rest of the colors would be off, sometimes worse then they were before. Eventually I homed in on the right colors... or close enogh. It took about two hours, from start to finish, including from first reading your posting to checking the 2068 tech manual, to opening the case, adjusting the POTs and then closing the case and making sure everything was okay. Not bad.

The only problem is we do not have an NTSC vectorscope and waveform monitor so we can't
really fine tune it to the exact NTSC specs

Who does? Is that type of equipment thousands of dollars?
I used to work at a local PBS television station as a computer tech. I suppose if I went over there I might be able to talk someone into helping me get the TS 2068's output to match exact NTSC specs (or as close as the 2068 can get, for according to the tech manual it doesn't match the specs perfectly). I have no idea how to use this type of television equipment... but one of the techs would surely help me. This is something that I can't see myself following up on-- as it seems like a lot of effort with very little payback. Maybe after I try an RGB upgrade...
Fred, again, thanks for digging that information up for me.
Adam
