I've been waiting for someone to answer the original question which I
interpreted a little differently. The question, to me, didn't seem to be
where can the software be obtained, but if there is a list already made of
Spectrum software that can run on a T/S 2068. If there is, then I'd also be
very interested in seeing it.

I actually was not even aware that the Horace series is compatible with the
2068, so this is great news to me. "Retro Gamer" magazine talks about this
series quite a bit. I've tried the Horace Skiing game in a Spectrum
emulator, but I was not aware that I could load the actual game and play it
on my 2068.

How come the 2068 can run Spectrum software when the Spectrum is PAL and the
2068 is NTSC? I have many other classic systems but because of the PAL/NTSC
incompatibility issues this is not usually possible without using a PAL
monitor/TV on an NTSC machine (and even then, if you can get rid of the
"roll" and overlook the color differences, you're still missing part of the
screen and the timing is still not right).

On a more specific note: is the Spectrum version of "Manic Miner" or "Jet
Set Willy" compatible with the T/S 2068?

because programmers didn't call ROM routines (that is what causes
incompatibility). For instance: the Horace series (Horace & the Spider,
Hungry Horace, Horace goes skiing), 16K Chess, and others.

I'm pretty sure I've played Hungry Horace and Horace goes Skiing on the 2068. Hungry Horace for sure, used to load it from tape.

I'm not sure of the details of what specifically was converted or not,
i.e., whether they just took these games straight and put them onto tape
with no modifications, but I have the Timex published versions of Horace
and the Spiders, Horace Goes Skiing, and Hungry Horace in specific Sinclair
2068-branded versions.
