1) Use Pure Tone and Pause blocks. Ugly, but doesn't need modifications
   to libspectrum.
2) Create a new TZX block along Mike's Pulse Encoded Block lines and
   modify libspectrum to grok that.
3) Modify libspectrum to grok .p files.

(2) and (3) would actually be very similar; the differences are
mostly political rather than technical. The main disadvantage of (3)
would be that you couldn't mix Spectrum and ZX81 data in the same file.
