1. TS 2068 SPEAKER HELP

Hi guys,
I just picked up a 2nd TS2068 and it's fine except the on board speaker wasn't outputting anything. I replaced it with a pretty sandard PC type Piezo speaker (one of the short cylindrical black ones) which works but it's VERY quiet.
I'd like to boost the volume and figured there might be a resistor change to do that? (or maybe a cap that needs replacing?).
Also if anyone knows of a better speaker replacement part number from mouser or digikey that would be great, thanks in advance for any help.

My guess is that the amp is probably fried, which is what took your speaker
with it... I've not looked at these in years, perhaps someone else on the
group could chime in as to which one is at issue...
