Hi folks,
The manual has arrived. I have done a test scan of a single page at the highest resolution and I'm pleased to say that the output on a laser printer is no worse than the original and that it's readable. I'm going to wait until the office is less busy and rescan the whole doc. I will then apply OCR to it so that at least where words are detected it will be searchable.
