1. Updating Lunter's Tape to PC Interface

Hello...

 I'm wordering if it is possible to update Lunter's tape to pc interface so it outputs to a usb plug and also so Windows will recognise it as a sound input device rather than a printer? I'm thinking along the lines of using it to creat WAV or VOC files to use in Z80 or EightyOne emulators. The interface already has a number of filters in it so it should produce a cleaner signal.
