1. Want to sell my Timex/Sinclair collection

doidy34 · Mon, 01 Aug 2005 02:39

OK, since my collection is not getting any use and I am short of
funds due to a unforseen medical problem. Anyway, I will list the
equipment that I know that I have off the top of my head to the best
of my ability. If someone is serious about purchasing the collection
I will get a more detailed list to them. I only want to sell the
collection as a whole, but will consider splitting up if the price is
right.

Here is a good idea of what I have. BTW, I am located in the
Portland, Oregon area but can ship these items no problem.

1 TS2068 computer (loose with Spectrum cart).
1 TC2068 computer (black, boxed with RS232 interface, word processing
cartridge, Timex Spectrum emulator cartridge, etc.)
1 Oliger Disk Interface as new with optional cards for joystick and
printer.
1 "Rainbow"? Spectrum interface w/emulator and Spectrum edge connector
1 TS2068 Printer interface with software
1 TS modem in box with software
Loads of TS2068 software, both boxed software with manuals as well as
loose tapes and cartridges (8-10?). Includes both TS software and
third-party titles.
1 OS64 Cartridge
1 Larken OS cartridge for use with Oliger disk drive system (includes
extra ROM's)
Loads of manuals, books, brochures, etc.
Many TS1000 titles (30-40?), many still shrinkwrapped. This includes
Timex titles as well as some third-party titles.
1 Spectrum joystick interface
1 box of Spectrum software titles (mostly 48k titles)
1 TS printer ?

I am sure I am missing quite a few things but I think this is the
majority of the biggest items. Like I said I can get a better list
if someone is interested. As I said I prefer to sell as a whole
collection as I am not interested in selling separate pieces on Ebay,
etc. Please contact me if interested or with offers.

thanks
Luke
I am sure I am

If this includes docs on how to use the Larken, Oliger, and OS64,
I'll start by offering $200 + shipping for everything, payment via
funded paypal.

I also found a light pen, a few rolls of printer paper for the printer, and I also have the drives and loads of disks for the Oliger system. The drives are kind of heavy to ship, but they might be hard to find. As far as offers, I don't think I will take anything under $500 for the collection. I paid close to $200 a few years ago just for the Oliger system, and I paid over $300 or the TC2068. Granted that was on Ebay, but I know it could still fetch a bit especially with all of the goodies with it. I also have the TC2068 demonstration software on tape also.

thanks
Luke

Do you have all the documentation for the drive system and Oliger and
other stuff? Are they part of this bundle?
