1. Yahoo Groups going away

Hi everyone,

In case you had not heard:
"Yahoo has made the decision to no longer allow users to upload content to the Yahoo Groups site. Beginning October 21, you won't be able to upload any more content to the site, and as of December 14 all previously posted content on the site will be permanently removed. You'll have until that date to save anything you've uploaded."

I'd like to move all the files and photos somewhere permanent, like archive.org. Does anyone have any objections?

And, does anyone have an interest in recreating this somewhere else? Any suggestions?

 Thanks!
 David

This group was the first place I headed when I heard. It's important in its own way and I would love to see an archive and a new home for future content.

Archive.org is fine but if there’s interest I can provide space on my server (with a zxspectrumnext domain too ;) ) and a mailing list server.
