Does anyone of these group has done it?
An inteface to conect the old ZX Spectrum or TS2068 in the new(vga)

I heard that must be made frequency changes to make it happen...
Please Help!!!!

My impression was that the question was how to get a VGA signal out of
the computer. This device only takes a signal and converts it so that it
can be used on a VGA monitor. The picture won't be improved. I've not
used this exact model, but I can tell you from experience that the picture
will look a little blurry after the conversion. The device I used actually took
a clear RGB signal from an Amiga and scan-doubled it-- it was usable, but
a bit blurry.

VGA was done by a few people, by different methods. I have a 2068 that has the right joystick port modified for a VGA monitor. John Oliger, one of the disk interface makers, had a VGA card that could be plugged into his system motherboard.
In short, the VGA signals are there - one just needs to figure out how to get them out to a monitor.

There are MANY such circuits found in the file called "rgb adapters.pdf" in the group's file section:
